We work across southern England, and with churches and Christian charities of all stripes, types, and sizes.

Scale

After our first wave, and three subsequent years, we can see over 400 homes with £150m invested. We anticipate adding circa 60 homes per year, requiring £24m per annum.

Speed

We are committed to Modern Methods of Construction — precision-engineering off-site for quick assembly on site.

Wave 1 2026—28

Wave 1 — 240+ homes, 4 boroughs

Early completions by Easter 2028, with the largest site taking longer to deliver.

We plan a second (smaller) wave to begin during 2027 for completions in 2029.
