Four homepages. One brand.
Each design takes the structure, mood and component DNA of one reference site and retunes it for Housing Communities. The page sections, copy mapping and proof points are the same across all four — only the visual treatment changes, so you can compare like-with-like.
Bright & hopeful 01
White-dominant · circular hero photo · scattered dot motif
A clean, optimistic page led by a large circular hero photograph framed by a thin teal outline and surrounded by scattered teal+blue dot clusters — directly inspired by page 1 of the brand PDF.

Teal-deep hero panel · floating white panel card · concentric ring testimonial
A charity that's already working — proof first, ask second. The floating white panel over a teal hero is the signature; rotating avatar rings around the central quote are the second visual hook.

Pure white · teal-outlined hero photo · two-column lede · single teal accent
A long-form magazine feature about something genuinely impressive being built. Newspaper-classical typesetting in Poppins, with a ghost-outlined "Housing Communities" watermark behind the footer.

Modern & transparent 04
Deep teal hero panel · circular resident photo · brand-teal progress bars
The homepage as a live impact dashboard — useful when speaking to investors, councils and grant-makers. Animated brand-teal progress bars on the Wave 1 project carousel are the headline move.

Click any concept to open the full live page. All four share the same content, structure and proof-points — what differs is the visual mood, layout and signature design move. All four are built in Poppins only, use the real Housing Communities logo SVG, and use the brand teal #069999 and blue #4A96D2 as the primary palette.
What's next
Once a direction lands, the chosen concept becomes the basis for the full site build: real photography to replace the picsum.photos placeholders, the team and governance pages, project detail pages, news, and a contact flow. Placeholders are sized to match the production image slots.
